Amber brings to Lynx over 15 years experience in IT & Operations working as a Technical Writer, System Analyst, Tester, Project/Change Manager and Trainer.


Amber is responsible for the business operations and functions at Lynx ensuring our compliance, HR, payroll, accounts, administrative functions along with systems and procures are running smoothly so that our clients and candidates are being represented from a brand that has a strong foundation as far as operational excellence is concerned and removing the risk associated with new hires and or temporary workers.


After returning from a 3-year sabbatical sailing around the Mediterranean Sea Amber has found her home at Lynx and has had a huge impact on the business particularly in freeing uptime of the management and recruiters so they can focus on delivering for our clients and candidates.
