Recruitment Assistant

Ava joined Lynx in February 2021 as a remote resource to assist with administrative functions and database management. With years of experience in recruitment in the Philippines and having been outsourced by global clients from the US and Australia, she is equipped with diverse knowledge in recruiting processes.  

Her previous roles focused on the construction industry hence it was a smooth transition working with Lynx and the NZ market. As a recruitment assistant, she ensures the integrity of Lynx’s database which maintains hundreds of thousands of candidates for our clients. She also tracks the team’s KPIs through daily reports as well as providing administrative support to each consultant. Ava holds honest and open communication in high regard as she believes it is most crucial in bringing about successful teamwork.  

In her free time, she enjoys going on road trips with her teenage daughters, heading to the beach and trying out new restaurants in town.
