Meet Jason Boot, the head of Warehouse/Manufacturing and Security division (nick named -  Team Boot) at Lynx Recruitment! Jason is a recruitment expert with a passion for delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships. With over 6 years of experience in recruitment, Jason has established himself as a trusted partner for businesses seeking top talent in the warehouse logistics and manufacturing industries.

Originally from the small town of Whanganui, Jason has always had a passion for people and the recruitment industry. After working in hospitality management for many years in Whanganui and the Bay of Plenty, he made the move to Auckland to move his career. At Lynx, Jason leads Team Boot, a group of dedicated recruitment specialists focused on delivering tailor-made solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Meeting the team and quickly feeling part of the high-achieving team

 

What sparked you to get into this role? 

 

The opportunity to join a growing business was an opportunity that could not be passed over. Having experienced the highs and lows, and everything in between that the recruitment industry can provide, it was a fantastic opportunity to continue my own personal growth as well as draw on my own experience to help others within Lynx achieve their goals.

 

What do you enjoy most about working at Lynx Recruitment? 

 

The team – everyone has their own quirks and works cohesively as a unit!

 

What's your favourite hobby? 

 

Spending time with my friends and my 2 teenage daughters.
